My partner is my inspiration for making the signs, She is the absolute love of my life. I also make Adirondack gifts to sell at craft shows, but unfortunately, everybody does not like the Adirondack look as we do, therefore, we have incorporated the signs as well. From start to finish, each sign takes approximately 2 1/2 - 3 hours to complete, depending on the size of the sign. I use multiple very thin layers of acrylic paint on each letter as this is a dry brush technique, otherwise, you will have paint runs all over. I do not like using spray paint or vinyl, but this is just my preference. I take much pride in making each and every sign. I would never sell someone something that I wouldn't purchase myself. My wish for this shop is to have around 200 signs within the next 5 years. We are always searching for new quotes to add. We try to keep our shop "different" from others as to what sayings we choose. A lot of our quotes are how we feel and live our life, heartfelt, but of course we had to add some funny sayings in there as well. I truly hope you will enjoy our signs, they will last a lifetime.
